1. 服务说明 / Service Description Voice Art 提供移动端的录音、存储及 AI 驱动的语音转文字服务。我们通过安全的云端架构提供多端同步功能。 Voice Art provides mobile recording, storage, and AI-powered transcription services. We offer multi-device synchronization via a secure cloud architecture.

2. 订阅与支付 / Subscriptions & Payments

• 订阅制 / Subscription: 本应用部分高级功能（如跨设备同步）需支付订阅费用（月度/年度）。
• 无自动续费 / No Auto-Renewal: 订阅到期后不会自动扣费。若不续费，云同步功能将停止，但您的本地数据不会受影响。
• 退款政策 / Refund Policy: 由于我们提供免费试用阶段，一旦订阅激活，我们不提供任何形式的退款。
• Terms: Premium features (e.g., cross-device sync) require a subscription. We do not support auto-renewal. No refunds will be issued once a subscription is active, as a free trial is available for evaluation.

3. 用户合规声明 / Compliance & Responsibility 您在使用录音功能时，必须遵守所在地法律，并确保已获得录音参与者的明确同意。Voice Art 不对用户的任何非法录音行为承担法律责任。 You must comply with local laws and ensure explicit consent from all parties before recording. Voice Art is not liable for any unauthorized or illegal recordings made by users.
